Learn to Sew!
We offer classes to help your inner crafty chick/dude emerge!
- Sewing Machine 101 a.k.a. "Take it Out of the Box & Sew!" classes are $30 per session (usually one session will do). We'll spend about an hour together and work out bobbin winding, basic maintance, threading and such. Don't forget your cord(s), pedal and instruction book. New machine or old, we'll get you up and running! Tea and snacks, as always, are on the house! Gift certificates available, perfect for anyone from 8 to 108 years young! Fabric and threads supplied by us.
.................................... - Private, in studio lessons are $20 per hour plus supplies. Payment is due before class and is non refundable for "no-shows".

............................ - Private, in home lessons also available. Lessons rates begin at $50 per hour for 3 students, $60 per hour for 4 to 5 students. Please call for pricing for larger groups. Need machines and sewing supplies (scissors, rulers etc.)? I'll schlep everything you'll need for an additional $10 per student. Depending on distance there may be a small "gas guzzler" fee. Fees do not include supplies (fabrics, threads, zippers and such).
